Weeks 1-5: Building the Foundations for Mindfulness

    • Understanding the mind/body connection - how are physical symptoms are feedback mechanisms to live more authentically

  • Week 2: Finding your natural rhythm - getting in flow with your Circadian rhythm

    • Creating a morning routine that works with your circadian biology

      • Using "light as medicine"

    • Nourishing your body at the right times to maximise your energy

    • Create a nightly routine to optimise sleep

  • Week 3: Sleep well

    • Manufacturing your day to ensure you sleep well

      • Understand how your day impacts your night

        • Craft your day to harmonise your night

    • When to eat and what to eat

    • When to exercise and what type of exercise when

    • How to process your thoughts to clear your mind

    • Understand and apply deep gratitude

    • Learn activities that relax the mind/body

  • Week 4: Nourish thyself - let food and lifestyle be thy medicine!

    • What foods nourish your brain

    • When are the best times to eat and not eat

    • How much is enough

    • How to use hot/cold temperatures to support your nervous system

      Weeks 5-12: Becoming mindful and the master of your destiny

Liberating your mind for mental prosperity

  • Weeks 5-6: Turning emotional baggage into fuel

    • If our predominate thoughts are not serving us then they are holding us back. Learn ways to dissolve this thinking so you can free yourself from your thoughts and emotions

      • Understand your emotions and how they impact your life

      • Learn techniques that will transform emotions into fuel

  • Weeks 7-8: Understanding thyself and living with Authenticity

    • Learn techniques to discover your authentic self

    • Learn that "nothing is missing" all is transformed and conserved

  • Weeks 9-10: Overcoming loss / grief

    • Learn techniques to overcome grief and loss

      • Nothing is missing!

  • Weeks 11-12: The whole is greater than the sum of its parts!

    • Integrating your learnings into everyday life

    • Becoming the Master of your Mind
