I wanted to give you an update on our progress as we continue our wellness journey post the health reboot program. We have continued with the highly plant based meal plan and have increased our exercise intensity and continue to lose weight. Module 1 is all about mindset and goal setting. Following this session you have an option for a 30min consultation (additional fees apply) with your wellcierge to help you personalise your program aka Step 2 below...

Step 2: YOUR 'wellcierge'

Your wellcierge can help you personalise your wellness plan and support you throughout the 6-week program. 

The program includes 1 x complementary 30min personalised consultation with an option for another 3x30min sessions (additional fees apply). To help you progress towards your goals!

Step 3: Personalised Connection

We recognise that our 'wellcierge' is not an expert in every area of health. However we do know great people in their respective fields. So we can connect you to the right expert at the right time to ensure you have the support to achieve your health goals!

Step 4: Our Community

As part of the program you will be connected with present and past members via a closed Facebook Group page. Through this group you'll receive further support via wellness posts and videos on the latest wellness research, recipes, events and much more.

Welcome to your me&my health reboot! 

Some of you may be doing this to get your health back on track. For others you are looking for alternatives to help propel you towards your health goals. Irrespective of why you are doing this program you are all doing this to advance your health. This program recognises:

  • You are completely unique and special humans  
  • Your health goals are unique to you. Although there maybe some similarity, ultimately your path to get there will be – your own wellness journey. Just like two Olympic athletes going for gold – same objective however will go their own path to get there!
  • This is the start of lifelong journey of sustainable healthy habits

This program has been developed for you using a variety of evidence-based concepts and tools. Some of which you will like others not so much. This is where it comes down to individual preferences. You need to decide what is best for you and your health goals. This is where I can step in and help you tailor health solutions to your goals during the complementary one to one coaching session. There are 3 other optional consultations (additional fees apply) to help build on the initial coaching session.
 
The program provides the knowledge but real results will come when you apply it daily. Application of the knowledge is essential for results!
